  5. Record remotely? The sw units can via the cms software, look in the user options.
  6. id say you have a faulty keypad then, let returns know ur order number etc so it can be replaced
  7. I'd verify the switch is closing and doesnt need an adjustment. Does it clear if you push the switch manually

  21. Sounds like it isn't communicating with the panel. Check the connections. Is there only 1 keypad on it? Also what's the day mode current?
