    Great info thanks. Is the upgrade a straight pcb swap into the existing enclosure or do I need the entire new panel? Where would have a GD48 board available for sale?

    Hi, I have a Honeywell Galaxy 3 48 panel running V5.50 firmware. I've seen firmware for the Dimension 48 @ V6.79. Are these 2 panels the same and can I upgrade my panel to V6.79 firmware or are there hardware difference that cap my firmware @ V5.55? I always thought they were the same panel just with different firmware but after looking though info I'm no longer sure as to the compatibility. If I can upgrade, I'll purhcase the SPI key from security warehouse but will need some instructions on ow to perform the update. Thanks
