  1. That is an advanced function. There are many panels that can but non are low end. Can you expand on what you need from the pc connectivity?
  2. The cheapest way is to connect a camera to the scart input on your tv.
  3. Its possible but lets look at a few other things first. A sup fail means the weaker heartbeat signal is sometimes not getting through. When you test it does it work ok? Do you get sup fails at all times. ie day/night, range rover not there etc etc. Also what have you got the sup fail time programmed as?
  4. id suggest you have blown a fuse. DO you have 12v at all power outputs. Check the keypad power first?
  5. No its a good deal. As with all offers there are many ways of getting what you need. 2 way switch? Yes but you need the correct software.
  6. It would be easier to use a pir with built in resistors. Which the is215 does not. However it is pretty easy. On the is215, connect one of the circuit wires to one side of the pir tamper switch. Connect a 1k resistor from the other tamper connection to the NC alarm. Connect another resistor (1k) across the alarm relay. Then connect the other circuit wire to the alarm relay connection with only 1 resistor connected.
  7. As above wire the single fire output to 2 external relays. Then use each relay for the desired purpose.
  8. you cant add a native keypad with display etc, but you could add a keypad that toggled a relay on the correct code being entered and then wire this into a keyswitch zone for arming etc. Alternativly you could a wireless reciever to it and use a wireless keyfob for arming etc.
  9. I presume you want the sd3 for its gsm functions. It not locked to any network so any gsm sim should be suitable.
  10. We have found the problem its a php issue but it doesnt affect everyone. But we are working on a fix and expect it to be tested and rolled out towards the end of this week.
  11. There are a few panels that meet your needs, id recommend the scantronic Ion series or the honeywell dimension. The honeywell g2 isnt powerful enough for your needs.
  12. PSU http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/elmdene-1381ns-p-605.html Relay unit http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/voltek-single-zone-control-unit-1803-p-1535.html This could also power your pirs but it only has 200mA available at 12v. 13. Ill give any advice i can. WHat do you want to know?
  14. I dont think the universal fobs work with this system so you will need original fobs
  15. Program the zone as an 'Interior' type. These will auto be omitted when armed in home mode (part set) You can change it from a status button but what do you want it to do? Any of the hardwired sensors. What environment are you putting it in? http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/elmdene-int500s-internal-sab-p-610.html
  16. No the mk8's are currently only used in flex kits. In time as mk7 stocks reduce im sure they will use the mk8's in the kits. You need a dialler if yuo want it to be direct, or a digicom account if you want to use the built in communicator
  17. it depends on the age of the keypad. IF we have networker keypads in stock then yes they will function with a 690. Be careful when mixing id and id plus biscuits.
  18. If you put the old sim back in does the unit see that. You dont have a sim lock on the sim?
  19. You can try turning the volume down on the panel but you may have to disconnect the speaker internally
  20. It will work yes. Monitored means the locked state is monitored, so if the door is secure it closes a relay to show that it is.
  21. WHat are the model numbers you have is it the rf ones? If so which unit is further away?
  22. Id suggest you have a data problem. EIther you have a wiring error on your keypad bus, a damaged cable causing a short or a broken cable causing no connection
