  1. No i dont recognise those. Do you have a picture of the parts?
  2. No. You will need a hybrid system. As you have some hard wired zones you will need a panel that supports both wired and non wired devices
  3. Got it. They are not s-video cameras but may be using an s-video connector. It looks like its 12v, 0v, video and audio down the 4 wires. I doubt you will find anything compatible but id test the cables on a conventional dvr and and a multimeter. But for the quality of those cameras and what a new one costs i dont think its cost effective to keep them
  4. If its not powered and is new then i wouldnt worry yet. Power it up with just the keypad connected and test
  5. Oh sorry i thought you said it was giving off a burning smell
  6. No im wondering if you have overloaded your panel. SW products are professional products they are not designed for DIY installation and we cannot support DIY users.
  7. Im afraid we cant say in a public forum due to the security implications. If you let us know ur order number?
  8. as above id say you have another device ie a fob that is reporting low battery
  9. Its normal practice to have this delay at 10-30 minutes. Not seconds? Why do you need it so fast?
  10. Assuming you have conventional heads and not addressable then yes. Is the current panel a c-tec
  11. Id concur that the fault is with the bell. When you get the new one id test it first on a battery your panel maybe outputting too much voltage or maybe even ac etc.
  12. Im afraid that unit isnt known to us. Maybe a picture of it would help. Could you upload one?
  13. You can but how are you powering the detectors.
  14. Not that i know of. Is the battery ok in the panel. You may have high AC or interference from lifghts etc.
  15. Id try power cycling the reader. Ie power the system down and back up.
  16. Its an obsolete part. You cant get them new in uk.
  17. All SPI keys come with the latest current version of galaxy firmware
  18. Id agree id of thought it wouldnt need an APN but the fact its sending, to me does not suggest a fault with the gsm module etc. What format are you using in the command?
  19. YOu will have to use the bell output. As the speaker terminals are AC and designed to be used with a speaker not a dc sounder
  20. We cant allow downloads fo engineers manuals from the forum. They can be sent via the ticket system assuming you have previousl;y purchased this panel. But the user is available here. http://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/files/file/1203-avantiuser/
  21. Those are designed for panels with an SABT input. ID suggest due to the age and or non standard panel you have it doesn not have these inputs. You will need to wire the tamp return to a relay and wire the clean contacts of that relay into the tamper on zone 1. ID also be sure that the panel has the power to run a SAB unit
  22. The APN details much match the SIM provider. ie if an o2 sim it will need 92's APN details entering.Id suggest its a config iuuse or code etc as the module is working.
