I hope you can help please. I have a simple set up of electrically powered gates with an intercom from the house to the gates. Various bits have needed to be replaced over the years so I cannot accurately describe the components.
My problem is that the intercom no longer works properly. We found with some research that the entry and receiver volumes could be adjusted within the HA/200 entry module. Now with both set to maximum we can hear from the gates to the house (with some distortion and background noise), but not the other way. (The press buzzer works properly.)
I think I need to replace the audio module which seems simple and cheap, but can you please comment. There is no obvious damage or interference with other components or wiring.
