No, pretty much any movement sensor will see something that large, you will need to relocate the sensor or mask it.

Disconnect everything and connect a known keypad on a short wire from the panel. Prove those 2 items work and add things. Keep testing as you add, then you will find the first failing item

Id is obsolete. If there are still Texecom id expanders available then you could use one of them.

I only know of the hkc id system. Or if still available the Texecom id expander.

I would suggest you have a cable problem. The zone lights will not illuminate when unset. You need to use a meter to test the wire and the device.

What reading do you get across the circuit when the door is closed?

Its not recommended I would always advise a hybrid panel in these situations but you could use a standalone universal transmitter and reciever.
