I want to specify a Paxton Pro Standalone unit for a FD60 exit door. What lock should i specify for best compatibility? Do you supply a mortice latch/lock/lever unit that works with it?

I already have the OXIBD plugged into my Robus sliding gate unit and was looking to upgrade to these remotes from the older ON2E ones I have, will this mygo4 fob work with my existing OXIBD receiver?

Just moved into house with ESP Enterview 5 and bell only sounds on the outside unit, no ring internally, so very hard to hear. Is that normal? Alternatively if I want to replace it with a newer ESP model using installed PSU what would you recommend and would the new one sound inside or do they need plugin or wired extenders?

Hello , having problems with my house alarm and looking for advice on replacement and upgrade. It's a Gardtec 800 series with 5 pirs. So I have been advised to change the keypad and control box as it is 20 plus years old

First one is I am replacing an old alarm and want to keep the cables but its it's in 4 core can I wire with outbthe tamper? And if so on the panel do I wire each circuit power directly to the 12v aux on the control panel and the two others go straight in to the zone ie zone 1

Hi I was advised that the old round type key fob was discontinued and that the new rectangular key fob (KF-235 pg2) was a replacement. I’ve tried to enroll the key fob but it doesn’t connect. The instructions say that I have to enter the code from the key fob but the old panels don’t have that option. Is there a way to enroll without or does this have to be a return?

Recently our gate has been having troubles with the panel that allows access. We have what I believe to be a Videx Housing with two supplied panels, speaker and keypad. I've looked for the same models however they seem to be absolute/discontinued therefore I was looking for recommendations on viable replacements as I know nothing about these type of units. Hi all, I have a Honeywell GD48 intruder panel and want to start using door control access. I think i need a Honeywell C080 DCM so that should be fine and so I am seeking recommendations on an electronic door lock as well as a good quality Wiegand 8bit keypad for external mounting. Background to request: I have a son who 'forgets' to lock the door manually when he goes out so i am wanting to replace the lock with an electronic one which is connected to my Honeywell Dimension GD48 and to force my son to either gain entry by the wiegand keypad or by using his lock key(is there a dual lock solution where either physical key or entry through keypad is possible?). …

Hi, I am looking to purchase some proximity tags / cards that will work with a Pyronix Enforcer alarm (info on the user manual says RINS1548-4 Software 9.13), I am also looking at getting an external reader to go out by the front door. Please could you let me know which products are suitable, not too expensive mind!

Hi, I wonder if you could advise – we are a children’s nursery and we have an issue with parents leaving the front door open. They leave it to swing shut but it doesn’t click securely (when shut properly it has a keypad entry). I would like to put a buzzer on it that goes off when the door is opened and stays on until it is shut again? I’ve looked at the door contact alarms but they all seem to say they have loud alarms. I just want a quiet buzz as a polite reminder rather than an alarm? Do you have any suggestions?

I hope you can help please. I have a simple set up of electrically powered gates with an intercom from the house to the gates. Various bits have needed to be replaced over the years so I cannot accurately describe the components. My problem is that the intercom no longer works properly. We found with some research that the entry and receiver volumes could be adjusted within the HA/200 entry module. Now with both set to maximum we can hear from the gates to the house (with some distortion and background noise), but not the other way. (The press buzzer works properly.) The prospect has a door entry system on the front door into the house. They have now decided to have electronic gates. There may be a tube between the gate and the garage but nothing into the house as it's just been refurbished, Are there wireless units available?
