  5. id say you have a faulty keypad then, let returns know ur order number etc so it can be replaced
  6. I'd verify the switch is closing and doesnt need an adjustment. Does it clear if you push the switch manually
  7. Is this a keypad tamper and not a tamper in the panel etc?

  12. No the logic 6 is a stand alone unit. Have a look at the accenta units instead. You can add a prox reader to these if requires

  17. It will have a tamper alarm. Advise you get an new maintainer to support it for you
  18. Sounds like it isn't communicating with the panel. Check the connections. Is there only 1 keypad on it? Also what's the day mode current?
