I need to return an item, how do I do this? Returning items to security warehouse is simple. All you need is an RMA number from technical support. Login to our ticket system and request an RMA. Please include the reason for the return on the RMA ticket. How long will it take for my return to be processed? We aim to process returns with 4 working days. I am creating this sticky due to some of the responses made on the support forum. When using paypal for payment method we can only accept paypal accounts that are verified and confirmed (UK orders) This is the same as checking the address on a credit card, but these 2 systems (ie verfied and confirmed) are the only way that paypal allow us to check. We cannot stop the system automatically processing unverfied paypal accounts, and if using paypal for a first order, and having an unverfied paypal account, your order will be stalled. You can then either verify your account with paypal, they will inform us once this is complete, or we can cancel and refund the order. In vario…

Moved into a property a few years back and alarm works fine, however I want to alarm the garage alone so I thought maybe I could use Part Set programme 2 to do this. All went well until I tried to omit zones or even make them used or unused it worked quite well the first time but when I set it again all the zones have reverted to previous setting. I just want the garage zone active in programme 2. How can I make this permanent? I have tried in Engineers mode as well. Help would be appreciated. Cheers Clive

Hello, I have just installed an Accenta G4 mini. when I do a walk test all door contacts come up 1 and all PIRS show 0 until they are ch3cked and when they are they show 1 as expected. when the alarm is set it shows setting Fault at front door . The G4 mini was a replacement for my G4 metal and both wiring diagrams are the same . can anyone advise what the problem maybe thanks

We have a Eurosec g2 lcd keypad and all is working great , it’s in the hall and I would like to know if it would be possible to link / daisy chain another keypad directly behind it in the garage and it would all still work . Would be great to have one in there as we cycle to work and have to unlock the house go in to the hall turn off the alarm before opening the garage door .

We have an old Optima XL6 control panel which i hope to connect these too (if loadings allow) How is best to order this with our company name on the insert? Hi, We have a Maglock door entry system which has fail and is no longer locking. Looking at the Access Module PCB it looks like one of the Caps has died and possibly taken out some of the surface mount components around it too. Can anyone identify this board and where to get a replacement? Thanks.

Just fitted a Honeywell 8012 dual tech, on detector walk test I only see green light no yellow, it does seem to be a brighter green some times but never yellow. It does work ok at panel. I assume the led is a single colour changing and only shows one colour at a time.

Hi guys, I am new here. I wanted to ask you guys, about upgrading firmware for my Galaxy Dimension 520. Currently it has got 6.7. I would like to upgrade it to 6.93 (or latest). The product that's on offer here, Honeywell Galaxy Dimension SPI Key GD520, with the firmware; is it all that i need for this? Is the upgrade process relatively straight forward, using the engineering menu?

Is it possible to obtain a replacement control panel tamper spring for my Risco Eurosec CP8L unit??? I accidentally lost it when I removed the panel cover to do some maintenance!!! Unfortunately I have not been able to relocate it because it is somewhere in the loft insulation of my house :-( Any advice on how to obtain or replace would be appreciated....thanks

Don't know what model I have but perhaps the photos allows someone to assist ? Suspect personally the handset microphone is the issue as we cannot hear from the house at the outside front door panel. Any suggestions as to what unit I have and what I should try to solve this , short of paying someone to say it is broken and sell me another unit, of course.

Hi, Om planning to install a SPC wireless system in a 77m2 house. There are three rooms on floor one incliding two hallways. On second floor there are two bedrooms and a stair. My plan is to have two IR-sensors on floor one and one on floor two. On the two entrance doors I planning to install two door sensors. What kind of sensors and controlbox (4230+521?) do you recommand me to purchase? Im planning to reuse this system later in a new one floor 170m2 house.

I want to start by saying that I have ordered numerous times from you and I've been happy with your web shop every time. You are one of my favorite web shops. I just have a request if you could consider trying to add another shipping alternative for smaller orders than up to 20 kg a little cheaper. My orders are usually big and I honestly think that 20 GBP for up to 20 KG is a good deal for me, but when i want to order single small and light weight products it becomes very expensive.
