So it's 1:49am, my husband is at work and I can't get hold of him. my 9800 alarm is saying battery fault and keeps going off every few minutes. My daughter is stood by the pin pad in tears whilst i desperately try to find a solution - is there anyone who can help? I feel sick and I'm shaking! I don't know if it's going off outside. The company who installed it have gone out of business and I don't know who to ring and there's no user manual anywhere, I can't find much online either. I'm in north Kent, any help would be so gratefully received. Thank you
