Blueyazoo Posted October 30, 2015 Share Posted October 30, 2015 Hi, So it's 1:49am, my husband is at work and I can't get hold of him. my 9800 alarm is saying battery fault and keeps going off every few minutes. My daughter is stood by the pin pad in tears whilst i desperately try to find a solution - is there anyone who can help? I feel sick and I'm shaking! I don't know if it's going off outside. The company who installed it have gone out of business and I don't know who to ring and there's no user manual anywhere, I can't find much online either.
