I ordered 6 ea. Optex 15m x 15m, Digital Quad Zone Logic(78 zones), Plug-in EOL. However the Plug in EOLs were not included. Do I need to order them as An extra? Could you please help me?

Hi - my Visonic Keypad is an MKP - 150 and I think it is dead. The Green lights are on but when I arm or disarm the system no noise comes from the Kepad itself and no Red light shows - nor an amber light for "trouble"I am sure it is powered by mains so do you think it is "dead?

Hi, Some advice please? Can you suggest which pet friendly PIRs are suitable for use with Scantronic 9448 panel which I am looking to purchase. Need a very compact PIR and noted the Texacom compact but is this only suitable for wireless systems as I noted from a search on the web that it uses a battery?

I have an A083-01 that was working fine in a Galaxy Flex 20 up until about a month ago when the panel started to report line failures. Despite several resets of both the Internet and the panel, the error would come back within an hour or so (line fail sensing). The diagnostics on the panel report that the comms are all good. The LEDs on the A083 also suggest everything is OK (Green on 0.1, off 0.9 sec) Orange intermittent = ethernet. If I disconnect the 435 cable I get an immediate error on the panel, so it is being detected OK.I’ve replaced the Ethernet cable, used a different IP address etc, all without change.However, I cannot communicate in or out via the unit. Hi, I installed the LCD panel yesterday. and the screen just froze a few hours after I set the alarm. The keypad was unresponsive and showing time and date on the screen. I powered the alarm off and when I reconnected it, the LCD panel was still unresponsive but the screen was showing Accenta G4 RKP F131-01-111 The keys are NOT responding. Any help? I need to replace 2 brown sensors for white sensors. The sensors I have are GS612 and a GS620 I believe. My front door is as previously fitted a normal opening door. The rear door has been changed from a sliding door to french style opening doors. Both doors also have magnetic opening strips in addition to the shock sensor. Can you tell me what the differences are between the sensors? Do they use the same wiring? Should I be changing them like for like?

I would like to install a burglar alarm in a clients workshops! They already have Hikvision cctv system and proximity alarms and electronic gate which are the better alarms. I was looking at Pyronix or Ajax but I saw a comment from your store on a forum saying Pyronix were a little limiting are Texecom better Ajax are more expensive!!! Please give advise!

Good morning, I am after some advice if I may please. I have a Galaxy Flex100 panel and we want to link up TWO touch centres to it. I believe on a standard panel we can only use one touchcentre. Is there any expansion modules or similar we can use so that both Touch Centres can be used on the system? Any advice greatly appreciated. Many thanks Neil Fearnley

Hi I have a 3-5 year old (can't specifically remember the age) HoneywellTotal Connect 2.0 E system in place with multiple motion sensors, fobs, tags ect....and the control panel seems to have failed - it's not transmitting anymore. Hello, I have just finished some work to tidy up the wiring on the Accenta Gen4 system fitted in my flat. Basically what I did was re-route a lot of the surface cabling under the floor, and also change a couple of the sensors. Now the system is up and running again it all seems to work fine, apart from the door contact. The door used to have a surface mounted Honeywell contact, and one of the changes I made was to swap that for a flush contact hidden in the doorframe (part is CQR FC508/WH). When I test the output from contact back at the panel with a multimeter is it fine; reads 2 Ohms with the door closed and then open circuit with the door opened. However…

Does anyone know anything about this alarm system? It just keeps setting itself off without us setting the alarm. Its keeping us up at night and im getting desperate. Someone please help with any knowledge at all. Oh and it doesnt let us reset the system at all!

hi I have an accenta G4 which I purchased from you a while ago I never completed the installation due to illness, but now after a break in I decided to complete the installation. I have got to the point of setting up program but I get tamper fault lockout, I have checked all cabling and have even put link wires on all tamper circuits even the one on the lcd keypad. but I still get the same message. I have also made sure the panel spring is pressed, I have done a complete factory restore but still the same. do you have any ideas for me to try ? I am happy to replace the panel if it's faulty but I don't wish to waste money if it is something else. thanks in advance

Hi. I'm trying to find a light beam sensor to work on a driveway, to send a signal to my house when a vehicle or person breaks the beam. Can be hard-wired or wireless - the location is about 120m from the house - the back entrance to a farm. I think you must do such devices but I can't see them online.

All has been fine then about a month ago while setting it l received the message open zone 5 l don't know what have caused this. Have you any ideas? That zone is on a PIR Its a Honeywell lS3012.If you think l need to purchase a new PIR let me know or could it just need re programming?
