We are Electrical Contractors (had products from SW in the past) normally install bells only systems but we have been asked us to replace an old system. (monitoring not required)customer ideally want a hard wired system planning to use Pyronix KX15DT`s and Pyronix Databell Plus My question is what would be a suitable control panel 8 zone minimum with 2 RKP`s which will allow programming etc with a Smart or Android phone ? The problem seems to come from the battery supply from motherboard no power to charge battery so flat battery will the unit need to be replaced

I'm looking at buying the dualcom complete with 1 year monitoring but I'm just wondering how that works who it's monitored with etc Do you guys do all the applications etc as I'm not a registered installer with them Or do they just liase with me direct? It's just to figure out who the customer would be. Me or the end user. Many thanks

Is this the only Guardall concentrator that you stock and if so is it compatible with the PX range of control panels?

Do the Honeywell sensors, external siren and tag reader with built-in siren communicate over encrypted rolling code? Do these - FG8M, DFS8M, CO8M, IR8M, IRPI8M, DO8M, SEF8M and SPR-S8EZ, etc. I know the fobs and panic buttons do. These do - TCC800M, TCPA1B, etc. I am using the Honeywell Evohome Security at the moment, that uses the Le Sucre+ box. Is the Le Sucre+ box and the SPR-S8EZ grade 2 EN50131, if they are not grade 2 EN50131 is the dominion a better control panel to use instead? I know the sensors, external siren, fobs and panic buttons are grade 2 EN50131.

Hi all I received my exchange from yourselves and today installed the new unit. The keypads now turns on unlike before. Just to recap i have connected to the system 3 x Pir`s and 1 door contact. 1 x 16ohm external speaker connected to the system 1 x Keypad connected to the system. 1 x Lan card connected. I turned the system on for the first time there were no sounds and the keypad behaved as expected. The Keypad states Euro 46 but not Euro 46 V10 like in the manual also the time and date adjusted itself, i assume this is because the Lan card is installed and had connection to the internet? Hi all, purchased this from security warehouse last year and just got round to installing it. I have wired up all sensors - 3 Pir`s and 1 door contact. I have an 16ohm external speaker connected to the system I have 1 Keypad connected to the system. 1 have one Lan card connected. I turned it on for the first time and i hear a time which confirms it has been turned on. I expect the keypad to light up but there is nothing from the keypad. The keypad does not light up. I have read if i hold down the D key it allows you to select the address and there is no response from either the one supplied with the system or the flush keypad i purchase addition…

Hi there, I have just moved to a new house with an old Sterling 10 alarm system with 2 PIRs, it works but the keypad is very worn and I have no idea how to program it. I was thinking of getting the Euro mini keypad to replace just the keypad, see attached image with wiring. Will this work?

I have installed a Powermaster 33 along with a KP 250 Keypad. After months of no problems, the keypad display is now showing "No Communication" whenever any button is pressed. There is therefore no possibility of entering Installer Mode etc.. Is it likely that the communication failure is due to the keypad, the module inside the Powermaster control box or is it possible to reset the comms between the keypad and controller somehow? I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thanks in advance.

i can't find anywhere in the settings for the display to stay on? i went to screen display and everything is selected YES after a while it times out until i press the keypad... can anyone help thanks

I'm looking to update a wired system, new control unit and 6 PIR, (the existing door contacts and panics will be unchanged) any suggestions on most reliable and simplest models. It seems Texecom and Pyronix are the most reliable but which models and which PIR's for domestic use bells only with 2 Zones and approx 14 items on it??

Can anyone please advise? i have checked manual/interface its daunting i just need to know the basics please, everything is already in place - but .i changed my front door and the door sensor caused an issue/tamper and the alarm wouldnt set, and i made the mistake of resetting the device so i have lost all the devices from the memory thanks

Hi all, I have recently purchased a scantronic 9651 control panel from this site Iv'e also purchased honey-well pet friendly PIR's. I've managed to work out how to wire the bell-box and 9941 key pads but can some one help me with an idiots guide to wiring the PIR's and front door magnet. because I'm having trouble with the tamper wiring (do I need to use all 6 cables for the PIR and only 2 for the door magnet?
