May 11, 20206 yr Hi I have a 3-5 year old (can't specifically remember the age) HoneywellTotal Connect 2.0 E system in place with multiple motion sensors, fobs, tags ect....and the control panel seems to have failed - it's not transmitting anymore. So we can't secure our home manually or even using the App. Am I right to assume by purchasing the following new control panel (https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/intruder-alarm-c-36/kits-c-36_62/honeywell-suepacke-panel-with-gkps8m-keypad-and-four-tags-p-4880.html) it will effectively plug and play with all the existing peripharels (obviously after having to reset the system and reconfigure/link it all back together)? Will the new control panel recognise the older peripherals
May 11, 20206 yr Assuming its not a locked unit (some installers have their own freq and firmware and its le sucre based then the peripherals should be ok. Id check with the installer first or check the models etc
