    I have a 8 year old Gartec 593, the keypad has completely burnt out. Risco have discontinued this particular model, which keypad can I buy that will work with the existing system? Thanks

    I have inherited an alarm system in my house. One of the detectors is now regularly giving false alarms, and I have searched to see if spiders are the cause but have not found any. So I assume that I need to replace the detector which is a Pyronix Enforcer super 15m range PIR. I understand that these are no longer produced, so can you please recommend a suitable replacement that will be a simple swap over. It has 4 wires going to it, I believe that 1 pair is for tamper detection, and one for the alarm signal. Many Thanks Jon

    I received my order and having got home just checked the contents last night. Securitywarehouse have provided me with some incorrect items. I specifically asked for Impaq Shock Sensors (3 x Model: IMPAQ+Cont ) and (5 x Model: IMPAQ+). However, they have supplied me with 8 x Model: IMPAQ+ only. Obviously now i am going to have to send these back at my own cost and have more delay in putting the alarm system in. Judging by posts here they don't like to offer refunds / replacements as quickly as they take your order money??

    Hi, Om planning to install a SPC wireless system in a 77m2 house. There are three rooms on floor one incliding two hallways. On second floor there are two bedrooms and a stair. My plan is to have two IR-sensors on floor one and one on floor two. On the two entrance doors I planning to install two door sensors. What kind of sensors and controlbox (4230+521?) do you recommand me to purchase? Im planning to reuse this system later in a new one floor 170m2 house.

  9. I want to start by saying that I have ordered numerous times from you and I've been happy with your web shop every time. You are one of my favorite web shops. I just have a request if you could consider trying to add another shipping alternative for smaller orders than up to 20 kg a little cheaper. My orders are usually big and I honestly think that 20 GBP for up to 20 KG is a good deal for me, but when i want to order single small and light weight products it becomes very expensive.     Hi all, How do you all experience Security Warehouse customer service? 13/11/2013 I placed my first order (£905 GBP) and it shipped fast, no problem so far. 21/11/2013 I created a ticket about a faulty product. Still the problem has not been resolved and Security Warehouse are not responding. 02/12/2013 I placed another order and they shipped fast without problem. So when it comes to selling stuff this goes really quick, but when customers have issues it takes really long. Anyone else experience problems with Security Warehouse way of resolving troubles?     Placed an order #24054 Nov 2 which was stalled due to unverified PayPal account. Had my account verified Nov 5 and informed Security Warehouse in Support ticket #429835 and you said you will just check before shipment. Now this order is still in stalled status after 2 weeks and after 2 ticket reminders! The order is paid and I need the stuff! I expect an explanation to this severe delay and information about when you will ship! /akec

Hello, I have just installed an Accenta G4 mini. when I do a walk test all door contacts come up 1 and all PIRS show 0 until they are ch3cked and when they are they show 1 as expected. when the alarm is set it shows setting Fault at front door . The G4 mini was a replacement for my G4 metal and both wiring diagrams are the same . can anyone advise what the problem maybe thanks

    I have an alarm system and all i can verify is that the keypad is eurosec , I have had it a while and the buttons have gone funny . I have just ordered a risco gardtec eurosec keypad and also a honeywell intellisense pir IS215TCE. is it compatible with my older wired system ? I phoned security warehouse but the man just kept talking about what numbers i should press . thanks for any help.

    I am currently turning my garage in to a bar/pool/cinema room. installing a have fair amount of electrical aquipment and want to do my best to keep it in my possesion. I don't really need something with bells and whistles. the garage is set at about 30metres down my garden and has one pretty secure window, a solid wooden door and a large garage door. i suppose all i need is motion sensor with a very loud alarm which i am thinking about installing inside the room. so that it is unberable to stay in there for any amount of time. or maybe one in and out.   21. Hi all. Looking to install a Pyronix Enforcer system in a holiday home in rural France. As it's oversee's some form of remote monitoring would be preferred. My current limitations are as follows: No Phoneline No broadband - although this will change in the next 6 months. Therefore I was looking at the Enforcer Kit with the GSM module.     I place an order on Monday morning for an alarm I require urgently. They took my money immediately "Payment Processed" but it hasn't yet progressed past that. I need to know roughly when it's going to be delivered so I can plan the installation. I've tried phoning them, but it's just an automated system, I've tried opening a ticket but nobody has responsed to it... How on earth do you speak to someone!?
