December 4, 200916 yr Hi Zanub, I have just checked the status of your order for you and I'm afraid that Paypal are still showing that your address is unconfirmed, I will ask our Accounts Department to look into this for you, but we can not ship your goods out til Paypal have confirmed, so sorry if this is causing you any inconvenience but it is to protect you and us from fraud. December 4, 200916 yr Zanub I can understand your frustration, but the Paypal Provide us with limited infomation. I have attached the screenshot for this order so you can see the infomation Paypal provide. As you can see it states the address is 'Unconfirmed' I have cancelled and refunded the order as they are telling you its confirmed and us its not. James
