  1. Hello, this is my ticket question from a number of weeks ago. This has been sorted with a replacement keypad. A moderator can remove or lock this thread. Thanks.
  2. Eeww, hope everyone there gets well soon Thanks for offering to help, I have sent you a PM. Cheers Steve
  3. Hi James, I have had no response to my Support ticket, can you try to progress this for me please? Ticket #472963. Thanks Steve
  4. Yeah, I have a support ticket raised, can you progress that for me?
  5. Hi and thanks for the replies As I said in the original post, I am confident it was wired correctly, as keypad was illuminated, power light was on, together with the Unset and Tamper indicators. I am also sure the data connections were correctly wired as after initial power up, I was able to enter the default user code and default engineer code to silence the panel warning bleeps via the keypad. I do believe the keypad is faulty, as I removed the PCB from the plastic housing and the display came to life, however, when I replaced it back into the housing, the display went off again. After repeating this two or three times, I have now managed to get the display on permanently, but I am not happy that it is likely that it could fail on me again at any time. Once again, thanks for your replies and confirming I wasn't doing anything wrong.
  6. I'm just powering up a Texecom Veritas Excel system with an LCD keypad. The keypad is receiving power as it is illuminated, the power LED is lit and the keypad is accepting key presses. However, the LCD display remains blank and displays no characters. Am I missing a configuration setting somewhere or is the keypad/panel faulty? Thanks!
  7. Thanks for your help with this Elaine, I have now placed an order.
  8. Hi, sorry to bug you, but my installation cannot proceed until I get a response to my query, could somebody take a look at my ticket #556436 regarding order number 18090. Thanks in advance
  9. Hi, first post Can anybody tell me the recommended way of wiring a Texecom Premier48 and PSU200XP combination to the mains supply? Would each panel require its own fused spur? I will not be undertaking this work myself, but would like to have some knowledge of what is required before approaching an electrician. Thanks in advance.
