    I don't believe it was damaged in transit. The external packaging was undamaged as was the individual box.It was only when I came to install the unit that I noticed the antenna was broken.

    Dear Sirs, With reference to your advice on your web site regarding free e-mail accounts I am posting a request for a RMA number here. I recently purchased some GJD Opal RFX wireless PIRs from you. Order Number is 12292. One of the PIRs has its plastic antenna broken off the main housing. I would like to return it for an exchange unit. Could you please provide a Returns number. Regards Philip Moore
