I know they are just what your courier charges, but there are other options out there, so maybe time for a look? accounts3 Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 Hi John, Some of our carriers charges are high to some areas, we have negotiated where we can, but their service levels are good, they don't lose many parcels, and they don't say they have tried to deliver when they haven't tried.
