Placed an order #24054 Nov 2 which was stalled due to unverified PayPal account.

Had my account verified Nov 5 and informed Security Warehouse in Support ticket #429835 and you said you will just check before shipment.

Now this order is still in stalled status after 2 weeks and after 2 ticket reminders! The order is paid and I need the stuff!

I expect an explanation to this severe delay and information about when you will ship!

It is only a problem when unverified Paypal accounts are used. The orders placed with verified accounts are not stalled
