Hi, sorry to bug you, but my installation cannot proceed until I get a response to my query, could somebody take a look at my ticket #556436 regarding order number 18090.

    Hi Steven,

     

    Texecom stopped sending out brackets with their products last November, and we awaiting advise from Texecom to see if they are going to sell these items separately and for which of their range. Hope this helps with your query, I will let you know as soon as I get an answer if they will be available.

    The brackets are now available on the web site, there is a choice of two the AFU-0004 for the Prestige range and the AFU-0006 for the standard range, so if you have a look you will need to purchase the AFU-0004 to go with your PrestigePW's.
