  2. Ok Dave Let me know the order number and ill raise an RMA for it. Once you have that if you send it back to us (RMA noted on the outside of the box) we will either repair or replace etc. Send it back with the adaptor, box etc. James Support
  3. cant comment on that but i have attached the full manual for the blc20 have a look at page 108. If you still get no joy i will get an rma number for you. bl-c20 manual.pdf
  4. Your quite right. Yes we can, i will ask sales to add the product.
  5. no you need to size the battery depeding on the system current etc, upto 7A/h. Most people do just use a 7A/h as it saves the calcs etc
  6. Henry. Depending on the wiring config you could have ac call or tone call. It depends on the system. I would advise you get a pro in to have a look for you, as they are not always simple swaps.
  7. on the homelink 55 you can indded use rf fobs.
  8. we can only check an account is verified manually. The automated system only shows if the account was verified etc at the time of ordering. Once you let us know you have now verified your order we can check and update the order status. I have checked with paypal and can see your account is now verified. I have unstalled the order. Support
  9. sb, i will have to look at the packing cctv to see what happened etc. Leave it with me. James
  10. have you followed the factory reset procedure in the manual?
  11. does the unit respond to a ping when plugged into the ethernet? (ie wired) any additional infomation you can provide on when it failed, ie circumstances any info even if it seems irrelevant can help etc.
  12. No not on that unit. The alarm on basic units is purly per camera. On more advanced units you can call presets and have multiple alarms per camera.
  13. vat not at all, i was just trying to express that few of these types of issues result in a faulty component. The pet sensors are slight;y slower in detection terms than the non pet but obviously not as bad as you were expereinceing. Anywaqy im glad you got it sorted. re the 5 yr thing. That is usually down to the lens. The plastic in the lens 'can' be attacked by uv, so if the lens experiences exposure to UV (direct / indirect sunlight) then it can attack and damage the lens. This will then cause issues re focusing for the pyro. The batteries will need to replaced between 3 and 5 yrs depending on activity. Support
  14. puzzled Your rma is 1247625 I will get returns to contact you to arrange a swap
  15. Geert I have cancelled your order. However id be interested where we failed? i notice you selected to pay by bank transfer but no payment was recieved so the order was 'awaiting transfer'
  16. Jo The user manual download links only work when ordered on their own. ie not with non downloadable products. As its a free item, if you reorder that manual on its own the system will automatically provide the download link.
  17. Yes it will need replacing. If you let me know your order number i will get returns to contact you and arrange a swap. re the 7550's they will be fine at 2.1m Support
  18. it will only run on batteries for about 12 hours, so you do need a std mains supply for the panel. keypanel wise you can either use the arming station only or the 2 way keypad.
  19. you wont be able to get spares for your 9800 anymore, but you could as coopers say use a standalone rf reciever and peripherals. Support
  20. adam YOu need to stay with the same brand with wireless, ie only a texecom receiver can recieve texecom signals etc. Id have a look at the scantronic homelink 55, or the risco 595 with a wireless expander as they have the peripherals you require. Support
  21. alarmman Depends on the complaint etc. BUt assuming the complaint is resolved and the client wqent straigh to ssaib before trying to resaolve any issue with you then id say no. Assuming you comply with any instructions from the SSAIB you should be fine. Support
  22. when you say 'power went off' do you mean the supply to it, or the power went off to the building. WHat is the power supply?
  23. Ok let me know how that goes. re interference. No. Being a passive device (Passive infra red) they cannot transmit anything to interfere with another unit, like say a dualtec could. Its technially possible with wireless that the signals could collide but that would not affect the led and they retransmit anyway. Support
