Can you please tell me which one of these two products, GJD Mini Opal External PIR or Opal XL 12V PIR 35 m works with an older version of a GJD controller - it has a 6 wire configuration. The old ones - have disintegrated lenses due to UV light - they have GJD on the inside of the housings and they have a pan-tilt PIR but no model number if this helps. I've looked on your site regarding the new types of controllers which are very similar to the type that have been installed. Once I know if either are compatible I will need to order.

[Ticket Question] Y-Cam Infrared Nightvision Wireless
Secware_Tech6 replied to Secware_Tech6's topic in CCTV
Imran The Y-cam night will work in the day just fine. However it is an IP camera and will require a pc/laptop/compatible mobile phone etc to view. Support -
Hi There. I am hoping that you could please help me. I am interested in purchasing the Y-Cam Infrared Nightvision Wireless, however I have noticed that the product is sold out. Is this true?, if so when would you likely to have more stock. Also, could this product be used in the daytime or would I need the Y-Cam White. Ideally I would want something to view the baby and if possible a video reciever instead of connecting to a PC to look at the baby everytime. Thank you

[Ticket Question] Product selection advice and tech support
Secware_Tech6 replied to Secware_Tech6's topic in Intruder Alarms
Hi Derek 1) the TSNET will take the proxtr1 plug in reader 2) I am afraid the only fire detector they do for intruder alarms is the M12 but that is not a carbon monoxide, I only now of the standalone units 3) Again I am afriad I dont know of a pet friendly 360 degree pir 4) Microwave/PIR are normally best fitted in a conservatry, as it combines the detection of body movement and heat to provide the best performance in telling which is actual and false alarms I hope this is of help to you Kind regards Elaine -
I am currently designing system for my home.System will include fire detection. I require help with some of the system before placing order. 1. The panel I have selected is the Menvier TS590 which you sell complete with keypad. I would like to use prox tags with this system. Can you advise if the keypad will take the TSNET proxtr1 reader plugin? 2. Can you advise if you have in your reange carbon monoxide gas detectors which can be used with the alarm panel. I know that cooper produce one fopr their wireless system? 3. Do you have within your PIR detector range a 360 degree detector which is pet friendly? I could not find one when searching. 4. can you advise in what zones you might use a combined microwave and PIR detector? Appreciate your help

[Ticket Question] User Manuals Scantronic 9448 ControlBox
Secware_Tech6 replied to Secware_Tech6's topic in Intruder Alarms
Hi Ray Yes you can down load a free manual from the site all you need to do is go through the procedure and add to cart then it will allow you to down load the scantronic 9448 manual that you need. Hope this helps you out Kind regards Elaine See below link http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1023 -
Hello, I would be grateful if you could help me in any way with my problem as outlined as follows. My son has recently moved into a house with an existing burgular alarm. Unfortunately, the alarm control box doesn't have any manufacturers name or address. The only markings on the front of the box is what appears to be "9448". The original owners didn't leave any details regarding the alarm and we are unable to contact them. After speaking to a number of alarm installers, it seems that the alarm might be manufactured by scantronic. In the hope that this is correct I wanted to try to obtain a user manual so that we could find out how to reset the memory to factory settings ( what ever they are) before putting a new code into it. I found your website and saw your offer to your customers to see the manuals. Is there any way that I might be able to see them? Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
