We recently bought 3 BOSCH Plena tabletop microphones from you. The connection is a round plug (DIN3 or DIN5 I think it is called). However, the building is completely wired by Ethernet with RJ45 connectors in each room. The speakers are connect to the room by this method. Can you advise if you have a convertor to allow us to connect the BOSCH speaker's DIN plugs to the RJ45 sockets.

Hi. We took recently took delivery of a Videx 3011 Telephone Handset and have attempted to connect the system ourselves, as Security Warehouse did not help us with this on delivery. Although all appears to be connected correctly, the buzzer is not sounding when pressed. A fatal flaw, I'm sure you'll agree. Can anyone suggest where we could have gone wrong here? Thanks Henry
