Not all modems are compatible. But usually they should be ok. Often its a configuration error at the panel end. Is the panel answering the call correctly? Do you have broadband filters on both ends etc.

i see yes you need a uniersal transmitter to send your hardwired (door conatcts i assume) to the homelink. You can use any std hardwired sounder with the homelink.

if you want to send signals from rf devices, weather they be contacts, pirs etc you need some form of reciever. You can either use a stand alone reciever which is designed to be wired into a control panel or a integrated reciever. You will need some form of panel etc, else how will you arm/disarm it, silence it etc. Support

no you need to size the battery depeding on the system current etc, upto 7A/h. Most people do just use a 7A/h as it saves the calcs etc

Henry. Depending on the wiring config you could have ac call or tone call. It depends on the system. I would advise you get a pro in to have a look for you, as they are not always simple swaps.

on the homelink 55 you can indded use rf fobs.

we can only check an account is verified manually. The automated system only shows if the account was verified etc at the time of ordering.
