  1. David. I will have to check the cctv on the packing system to see if the keypad was packed. Are you sure it isnt inside a sounder and or decoy box etc? I will look into your account login, can you pm me some details like an order number and the correct email address and i will rectify it. Support

  3. puzzled 1) All are compatible 2) 7550's and either panel. The gen4 is easier to program but both panels are similar 3) not really 4) door contacts, just use the simple sc517 surface or flush etc. SOunder use a 16 Ohm speaker, sounder use a texecom odyssey 3. Support
  4. No The 2 miniyte delay is at the sesnor and will not be disabled by the panel. You can disable it for a short period by removing and reinserting the battery. If you could do me a favour and test the system by vacating the room completly for 5 mins and then test? JAmes Support

  10. Yucell, yuasa and enersys / genesis are all brands owned by yuasa. IMO i would only ever consider using a yuasa group battery, but if i had a chioce, it would be yuasa/yucell
  11. Yes. Let me know how that goes. Support
  12. id say not, as i would expect it to be active x based.
  13. Bethune Yes that wont be a problem. Was it damaged in transit?
  14. Yes we will probably have to swap them. But just so that im sure. When you first power up the sensor, the led will work as normal. DO they cover as expected then? Also have you put the units into test mode to disable battery saving? ANd what is the pulse coulnt/sens setting set at. Support
  15. No im afraid not. Any cards that we can source are not compatible. Support
  16. Yes it can to all those of those points except the pda view. However it is a budget machine, if you want more than basic functionality etc i would look at a higher grade machine. Support
  17. Simon Yes it does but not for cards im afraid. We dont currently stock them, but it is something we may look at in the future if there is enough demand. Support
  18. They shouldnt do that. The term is 'sleeping' and some sensors are more vulnerable to it. Id swap them as they are faulty. If you let me know the order number ill sort out the return. Support
  19. YOu need to link the tamper return to 0v Support
  20. all the costs are listed on the site. Id recommend either a texecom veritas or honeywell accenta or optima. But the manuals in the texecom are better. Support
  21. Roy You are right you cant mix them. We always update our equipment on the site as soon as the new versions are released. I will get returns to contact you so we can swap those parts for you. Support
  22. depends on the manufacturer. BUt usually SAB = self actuating Bell, and SCB - self contained bell. Usually an SAB only uses its internal battery when severed from the panel. WHereas an SCB uses its internal battery at all times for activations. You would normally use scb to lower the alarm demand on the panel
