  2. Thanks James, When you organise a replacement, can you ensure that the new one is not one of the bad batch as the site is 120 miles away and the client is not impressed (I pushed for a menvier instead of a cheapy as they are "better quality"!). Cheers John.
  3. It dials out the first stored number, then dials out the first stored number again, then does nothing. Our engineer who installed it was told by Menvier (based on this units serial number) that 750 of them have been recalled.
  4. Hi, we bought a menvier SD1+ speech dialler from your website last week. Upon testing it, our engineer found problems dialling out. Upon talking to menvier tech support he was told that it was from a batch that had been recalled and that we should send it back via our supplier. Our secretary e-mailed tecnical@securitywarehouse.co.uk this a.m., but no reply as yet. Pleae treat this as urgent as our client(unhappy!) has to have a member of staff on the premises until this is installed.
