Hi, I need support with my powermax plus control panel, I have had my system working fine for around 11 months. I am having trouble disarming the system with the panels keypad, i get to 3 digits and then it just beeps. I have changed the code and it is still happening. All the buttons seem to work fine and i can disarm ok with the keyfob. Can you provide a solution or where i need to go for help? Or do i need a replacement panel?Many Thanks

Hi! Can anyone give me a reason to why my PowerMax+ have started to set off "Trouble alarms". Almost the same alarms every time. I need guidance in what to look for. When I check the log, it shows: * System jammed * Line Failure * AC failure (only the first time and the power were on all the time) and then * RF Restore So far it has happened twice in a month. Both times when the alarm is off (the first time the alarm were set off half a minute after disarming the alarm from HOME setting, the second time about 30 min after disarming AWAY. my neighbour has an old ati 6000 alarm system, he has the box under the stairs with a piezo buzzer next to power then 2 wires one to bell and one to keypad at door with 3 wireless PIR's. i was thinking of changing it over to ADE Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 with LCD Keypad and a new bell box, but can this unit support wireless pir's with a receiver addon? could you detail kit required and price. CP, Keypad, Bellbox, 3 x wireless PIR's, wireless receiver?

Please can you clarify whether it is possible to have the Receiver and the Transmitter running on/from different power supplies. We have asituation where the alarm power supply cannot be supplied to the transmitter but can be to the receiver, so in theory it will function. If it is possible, do you have such a power supply - we assume a plug in transformer will do.

I have installed the gen4 alarm and then have just bought a extra keypad to add on to the system. I had a led keypad which I have know used up stairs,and the new keypad is a LCD which is down stairs. do you have to stick to just led keypads or can you mix led with LCD. when I wired it in it blew the fuse on the board and the battery fuse blew,I replaced the fusees and the transformer got rely warm,also came up with tamper fault lockout on keypad.I then disconnected the led keypad,and left the new LCD keypad connected to the system.the system now has no power to it,but still works on the battery power.have checked the wiring several times through the process but cant ex…

Hi, how is this alarm armed and disarmed? Does the alarm come with all of the parts to mount it to a wall? How loud is the alarm? Hello I have A CRT800 domonial intruder alarm system, it came out of the house of my girlfriend (we are living together now) And I thought ill build it in our house, It has enough doorsensors IRsensors etc, TAG reader and 3 tags It was a system with a subscription with (S.....s) But I encounterd some difficulties, first I needed the program to reprogram the system, via via I found DOMOPC. I have a client who has an existing alarm system with a eurosec keypad, PR5208 rev 1.0. The keys 2 & 5 have given up working, so we need to replace just the keypad. Is the "Risco Gardtec Eurosec LCD Keypad" product that you sell the right one, or do i need the other one you sell that is for CPX and GTag? Also the original company to fit the system are no longer around, would you have a copy of the installer manual with the default master/installer code as i quite expect that taking the old pad off the wall will set off the system and as the buttons dont work i'll need to reset it all.

I have installed the door contact (to replace one that ceased to operate). I have followed the "deleting" and "learning" instructions for my 500r panel and acheived the "double beep" to indicate that the panel has learned the code. However when the panel is "set", although all other sensors set off the alarm when activated, the door sensor does not activate the alarm on door opening or tamper (the led on the sensor does operate). Please advise what my next step should be.
