Hi, I need support with my powermax plus control panel, I have had my system working fine for around 11 months. I am having trouble disarming the system with the panels keypad, i get to 3 digits and then it just beeps. I have changed the code and it is still happening. All the buttons seem to work fine and i can disarm ok with the keyfob. Can you provide a solution or where i need to go for help? Or do i need a replacement panel?Many Thanks

Visonic are going to investigate this, as they say your keypad must be working for you to be able to change the code.

This is part of the set up. For EN & DD243 system the standard allows for fob only setting, the keypad can only be set to be used on non police calling systems.

 

This is in the programming in panel defintions.  off by wirekless/off by keypad.

agreed. By dd243 6.4.5 you cannot use a user code to disarm during entry.

you can however disable this feature if dd243 isnt relevant
