Hi! Bought a Visonic Powermax+ alarm from you and have run into some problems regarding master installer code and installer code. The problems shows on both the central unit and the keypad unit. When I installed the alarm, I (of course) changed the default codes to my own. However, as far as I can remember I only changed 2 codes where off one being the user code and the other one either the master installer or the installer code. Now I can't seem to access the alarm using the other alternative of installer codes. I would be glad if you could give me some hints to where I've gone wrong. I purchased a Aritech 4 zone analyser from your company to find it does not work correctly i.e you can bang on the window HARD around 20 times and the analyser will only just trigger and that is on max sensitivity. 2nd i never got instructions with the unit just wiring diagram and also your advert on your website tells you so many things that this unit will do but clearly it wont like pulse count adjustment and LED indicator. The only unit which does all this is the single channel GS615 which i have used for 15 years. Hi iv recently bought a 4 zone shock anylser from you and iv found the varible resistor to adjust each zone but how do you adjust the pulse count.

I need to replace a PIR on my 500r+ system. I've got 515r PIR's and notice you've got 520r PIR's "compatible with 500r+" so it looks like that's a reasonable replacement. Can you confirm that it would be a viable replacement, operates on the same frequency etc.

I am tring to select an alarm with the following requirements: Up to 8 zones LCD keypads (1) Proximity tag capability (prefer it built into the keypad) Easy to use Autodialler capability preferred but not essential (can add standalone autodialler) Reasonable cost The panel will be in an obscure location which wont be accessed regulary (no need for buttons) so will be controlled/programmed by remote keypad/fob Please advise which items would be suitable

I'm tring to programme the bell time on this panel in engineering mode. When I press "6", LED's 1,2 and 3 should show but I'm getting 1,3,5 and 7 and then it won't go any further. Does anyone know what this means and why it is happening?

I have semi decieded to purchase/install an MDT alarm system and will be connecting a stand alone autodialler also I have used Texecom speech only recently but am curious if there is an easier to use alternative available? Do all autodiallers require you to record a message during installation or are there variants that come with pre recorded messages? Thanks in advance

I have a Gardtec 800 system with an 8 way zone expander unit. After a lightening storm the panel comes up with a fault: LEX1 tamper. I believe this is a line expander unit fault. You are selling a Gardtec 02083 Zone expander unit - is this the same as the line expander unit I have (label with EX MO1/11 EN50131-1 PD 6662 G3 EC2 PR5705 Rev 1.0 4390) I would appreciate your help.

Does the Texecom SPEECH DIALLER Text Alerts system send texts directly i.e. when the intruder has already cut all the BT lines & broadband etc, will it still work - does it have a SIM card?

my customer has a accentra mini 8 alarm system, the external sounder appears to be faulty. Can you supply a replacemnt sounder. If so can i replace old with new wire for wire without instruction? The existing sounder has security alarm with a man climbing through a window logo on it. hope this helps?

In november i bought a texecom bell box off you and its just stopped working. the rest of the alarm is functioning fine. when enter the eng code, the 05,54321 to test the sounders everything except the bell box works. it was working fine, so could i return it please unless you can suggest something to try? all the wires inside are firmly connected.
