Hello, My order number is 17349. The order is stalled and the status is as follows - Anti fraud measure, billing details submitted do not appear to tally with those held by your card issuer. I entered the details on my credit card into your system when I placed my order. I am located in Ireland and so I do not have a postcode. I entered the County in which I live in the postcode field when registering on the website because you have to fill in that field to be able to register on the site. Hi, I paid my order with your paypal service, and now you say that my account is not verified and has stalled my order. The problem is that I did not create any account with paypal, I just choose to use 'Express checkout'. Which does not use any paypal account. I put an order on Friday February 20th 2015, paying with credit card via a form managed by PayPal. On Monday 23Th the order was stalled because of an internal (to the company) anti-fraud policy. This policy states that the do not ship goods when the transaction has been made via a non verified paypal account. Note that I did not use any PayPal account to fulfill the payment, but just the paypal credit card payment system. I was advised to open a support ticket, which I did. The first answer to the ticket was that I could cancel the order and then re-do it paying with credit card (!) or via bank transfer. (And the amount I already payed via credit card?) Hi I have an order with you(14983, and a ticket) which is stuck as stalled. After reading the email you sent me and realizing that I should have set this up before I went about fixing the problem. I want to start by saying that I have ordered numerous times from you and I've been happy with your web shop every time. You are one of my favorite web shops. I just have a request if you could consider trying to add another shipping alternative for smaller orders than up to 20 kg a little cheaper. My orders are usually big and I honestly think that 20 GBP for up to 20 KG is a good deal for me, but when i want to order single small and light weight products it becomes very expensive. I ordered on of these on the 29th. order ref 27362 There was no option to select a style. I want a PADP2/WH - White. Can you confirm this is what I will receive please. I raised a ticket but was told this is a technical question which support can't anser.

I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time. Thanks, Ian

Hi, Om planning to install a SPC wireless system in a 77m2 house. There are three rooms on floor one incliding two hallways. On second floor there are two bedrooms and a stair. My plan is to have two IR-sensors on floor one and one on floor two. On the two entrance doors I planning to install two door sensors. What kind of sensors and controlbox (4230+521?) do you recommand me to purchase? Im planning to reuse this system later in a new one floor 170m2 house.

I have an alarm system and all i can verify is that the keypad is eurosec , I have had it a while and the buttons have gone funny . I have just ordered a risco gardtec eurosec keypad and also a honeywell intellisense pir IS215TCE. is it compatible with my older wired system ? Hi, last week we ordered an ACT smart1070, to say I was a little surprised you had one in is an understatement, however received the goods, upon opening them to find the item is a SECOND HAND USED ITEM, did not impress me, even less impressed to find it does not work, As we could not find a phone number for you we have posted here, hopefully someone will respond to us soon.

Just fitted a Honeywell 8012 dual tech, on detector walk test I only see green light no yellow, it does seem to be a brighter green some times but never yellow. It does work ok at panel. I assume the led is a single colour changing and only shows one colour at a time.

Tried enrolling both the kp160 and sr730 to the powermaster pro unit but nothing..... Tried all the methods in the installation procedures but get nothing. I know it did say both units are compatible, but really.... are they?? The rest of the sensors enrolled straight away. Any help please??

I have a 8 year old Gartec 593, the keypad has completely burnt out. Risco have discontinued this particular model, which keypad can I buy that will work with the existing system? Thanks
