Dear sirs,

 

I ordered a decoy alarm and have yet to receive any confirmation or information about my delivery. I am desperate for the product and require it ASAP whilst i still have ladders.

 

I have tried calling, emailing and raising two tickets but no joy and nonone has got back to me yet!

    I seem to have seen this before on a previous post, confirmation of the order is sent automatically once the order has been sent through the automated system. Then once the order has been picked and packed a despatch email is automatically generated.
