I ordered on of these on the 29th. order ref 27362

 

There was no option to select a style.

 

I want a PADP2/WH - White.

 

Can you confirm this is what I will receive please.

 

I raised a ticket but was told this is a technical question which support can't anser.

    Your request has been passed down to our Warehouse so they send you the product of your choice.

    Just to be clear - as you will see from subsequent support tickets, CQR have confirmed that the EPA/STD flush box is the one I want which is also the one I purchased.  Please ignore the PADP2/WH - I thought this was the white version of the flush mount PA Button.

     

    I'm posting this on all the tickets and threads to avoid any doubt and to try and clear up any confusion.
