  3. Direct wiring do you mean built in eol? I wouldn't recommend any flush contact at that gap on a steel door. The magnets cant be big enough
  4. It will be an accenta sl?
  5. It could be the cable, the handset or the module. Have you tested all the cables are in tact

  9. If its just a low battery it wont be going off outside
  10. Use the siemens grade 2 dualtec. Is it an accenta mini? Screened will help yes.
  11. The 6v battery is wrong and I don't think the dimension tamper will fit a flex, but is required for grade 3 only. Wireless is currently grade 2. There isn't a compatible wireless sounder.
  12. You can ip cameras to the Siemens Vanderbilt panel. But you will still need an nvr.
  13. A picture would confirm it. Are you sure its the Pir not the switcher?
  14. Not that I know of, you will need to add a double pole relay

  16. Just change the dip switches on the head.

  19. How is the unit connected?
  20. Depends on your system load. What's its standby current?
  21. Record remotely? The sw units can via the cms software, look in the user options.
  22. id say you have a faulty keypad then, let returns know ur order number etc so it can be replaced
  23. I'd verify the switch is closing and doesnt need an adjustment. Does it clear if you push the switch manually
  24. Is this a keypad tamper and not a tamper in the panel etc?
