I need some sales support on the purchase of a Scantronic I-ON 40 and accessories. I don't seem to be able to find some of the accessories on your web site and I am unsure what is included with a basic I-ON40. My basic requirement is for the I-ON 40, smoke alarm 720r, Autodialler GJD HY005.

what all does the ethernet adapter let you do with the galaxy unit. I was wondering does it allow u to arm/disarm the unit with the honeywell iPhone app.

Having received my domonial kit it had no instructions with the panel. I've spoken to Honeywell and they have emailed a copy but it seems to suggest that I need some programming software to program this panel... There isn't any with my pack. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

hi there i have an old karizma plus id system that i would like to replace with out replacing the original detectors and id biscuits i have been told that the texecom premier systems will work with the old id biscuits. Hi, I had some problem getting the SMS work with the service provider here in sweden and therefore I'am thinking about using the internet and try to avoid using an ordinary alarm central. 1 Do you have any equipment I can use to send alarms via internet from my alarm panel? 2 Is there any crude variant where I can let the alarm call my mobile and I can get some status and maybe even control the panel with my mobile phone? I recently purchased a Scantronic 9651 alarm control unit from Security Warehouse; I installed the unit but when I initialised it, it came up with \'Zone Flt\' on all 8 zones; this error is not included in the insstallation manual. I need to speak with someone to establish if the unit is faulty.

Hi Have installed this Powermax plus quick fit , all is working but it comes up with a trouble fault of Tamper open on Zone 30. This Zone is not used and the resistors are crossing the Z29 GND and Z30GND , could you advise how to resolve this? The panel is arming

I am trying to install Scantronic 9448EUR-90 board with two Takex MS100E multi pattern sensors connected in series on Zone 2 (all other zones are disabled) and Elmdene Quartz 1000live sounder. My problem is that control panel shows temper fault - all boxes are closed, all cable connections verified. If I reset the panel by disconnecting battery and main supply the temper light will go off Zone 2 light will go on and when you try to set the alarm with users code the temper lights come up on again. Could somebody recommend how I can solved the problem?

The latest Dimension Installation Manual (just sent to me by Honeywell) does not mention this portal, but in relation to the RF Rio advises the installer to refer to the instructions that come with the modules. There are no instructions provided with the Portal on registering the devices. I am looking to replace my current alarm system with a new modern system. One of my main requirements is to allow remote access to the system, and so I am looking at the Scantronic i-on 40. Although all of my sensors are wired the wireless capability will be handy if I have to upgrade in the future. I also require SMS messaging through GSM and PSTN so would be looking to also install these modules as well as one extra wireless keypad.
