I need some sales support on the purchase of a Scantronic I-ON 40 and accessories. I don't seem to be able to find some of the accessories on your web site and I am unsure what is included with a basic I-ON40. My basic requirement is for the I-ON 40, smoke alarm 720r, Autodialler GJD HY005.

The GJD auto dialler is HYL005, and is showing on the web site,  scantronic 720r (720REUR-00)  is showing at 50.40 + vat and the I ON is 174.46  + vat (I-ON40) . Hope this helps  you find the products you are looking for

Perhaps some one with technical knowledge will answer your other questions, but control panels do NOT come with back up batteries as the draw from the system has to be calculated and the battery size will depend on this, and stock is usually given for each item, although sometimes the actual stock levels different with the computer, but this is rare, but sometimes happens with the large amount of stocks we hold
