Hi, I purchased my second powermax+ kit (order number 26605) from you in March and I have now I have come to install it I have found out that the indoor siren (MCS-720) is unable to be enrolled on the powermax+ Would it be possible to return this item and have it replaced with a compatible wireless siren? But I have some questions about it: 1) Are your products compatible with my PowerMax Pro (868Mhz)? 2) Does your prices including VAT? If not, have I to pay it (as I live outside UK) and how much? 3) The GSM-350 is it the new version? What PIR detector should I fit in my garage? My heating boiler is also in there and will be in the sight line.I thought about the Honeywell DT 7450 but I have read some bad reports about it.

I installed 3 years ago a Scantronic 9651 Hardwired Control Unit. I wish to install 3 new PIR detectors and would enquire which of your products is most suitable. I note Scantronic do a pet tolerant PIR ref 430. Is this compatable with the standard 6 wire system?

Hi all, I have just purchased the MCM-140+ keypad for use with an standard Powermax Alarm. When the alarm is in Enroll Keyfob mode and I press the * for two seconds, the alarm does not recognise the keypad. I have just re-enrolled all other sensors and a keyfob without any problems. Is the Secware 12v 2.2A/h Value Alarm Battery (product number 70/118) suitable for the above control panel? Is it normal for this battery to require replacing after 5 years?

Looking to fit a low cost wire alarm into a small 2 bed house. Need 2x door contacts, 2 PIR and 1 sounder. Ideally I would prefer a seperate small keypad, as there is little room in the hall for the panel, and would like to add in 2 smoke detectors. Price is key, could anyone recommend a panel or kit.

I am looking for a simple intruder alarm system for a large house. Not really interested in remote access and monitoring or systems requiring computers to load up and configure. Need 4 x RKP and 19 x PIRs. No PAs or door contacts, though will want to use PA functions on all the RKPs. I really like the simplicity of setting up and using the Accenta control panel, but am I right in thinking that 8 zones are the maximum available for PIRs? I could easily group together 2 or 3 PIRs on some of the zones but that can make fault finding more tedious. Would appreciate you confirming number of zones available to PIRs on Accenta Gen4, also any suggestions for another product.

I have a Eurosec CP8L LCD. This has been very reliable. However I have had a new front door fitted which meant using a new surface mounted reed sensor for my entry/Exit contact wired in series with my back door sensor. I want to check my zone settings. I want to reset my entry time to 30secs, unfortunately I am unable to programme the zones, the display just keeps going back to "do you want to Program Chime" and will not allow me to proceed further to Program Zones. Hallo, As a potential customer(self employed) from Germany I`m interested in one of your intruder kits Visonic Powermax+. I would like to know if for the time beeing offered kits are working in the 868 Mhz frequency band and have phone (dig/analog ?) interface. Also if 1 (one) piece of a 868 Mhz Powermax+ kit can be delivered to Germany (paying by PayPal). They are respectevely specified with a weight of 0,2 or 6 Kg; how much would cost dispatching+delivery to Germany for each.

I have just purchased a Secware Optima 2 x PIR Full Kit, ADE Honeywell 8SP419A-UK control panel kit from this site, what do I need to do to program it to use one PRI sensor as it's going in a garage, PRI is on zone 2, with say a 10 second entry and exit time.
