I purchased a system from you some time ago and I am now ready to install following house extension. The programming guide for using the TCU refers to an "engineers code", can you advise where I find this.

Hi all, I have just purchased the MCM-140+ keypad for use with an standard Powermax Alarm. When the alarm is in Enroll Keyfob mode and I press the * for two seconds, the alarm does not recognise the keypad. I have just re-enrolled all other sensors and a keyfob without any problems. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me decide on a simple & effective alarm system. What I need is listed below. 1) 1 door contact 2) Minimum 2 PIR's (wired or not) 3) Key fob to de/activate alarm 4) Some sort of notification on activation (email, text/call) 5) camera that can record images/video when there is motion and the ability to send the images to a phone AND be viewable over the internet Ideally, I'd like the system to be controllable remotely and have as little wiring as possible. Is the Secware 12v 2.2A/h Value Alarm Battery (product number 70/118) suitable for the above control panel? Is it normal for this battery to require replacing after 5 years?

Looking to fit a low cost wire alarm into a small 2 bed house. Need 2x door contacts, 2 PIR and 1 sounder. Ideally I would prefer a seperate small keypad, as there is little room in the hall for the panel, and would like to add in 2 smoke detectors. Price is key, could anyone recommend a panel or kit.

I bought one Optima Compact Gen4 control panel in the past, and now I want to buy one more. Is there a way to arm/disarm the unit wirelessly? Is this what key fobs are for? If so, which is compatible?

I am looking for a simple intruder alarm system for a large house. Not really interested in remote access and monitoring or systems requiring computers to load up and configure. Need 4 x RKP and 19 x PIRs. No PAs or door contacts, though will want to use PA functions on all the RKPs. I really like the simplicity of setting up and using the Accenta control panel, but am I right in thinking that 8 zones are the maximum available for PIRs? I could easily group together 2 or 3 PIRs on some of the zones but that can make fault finding more tedious. Would appreciate you confirming number of zones available to PIRs on Accenta Gen4, also any suggestions for another product.

I have a Eurosec CP8L LCD. This has been very reliable. However I have had a new front door fitted which meant using a new surface mounted reed sensor for my entry/Exit contact wired in series with my back door sensor. I want to check my zone settings. I want to reset my entry time to 30secs, unfortunately I am unable to programme the zones, the display just keeps going back to "do you want to Program Chime" and will not allow me to proceed further to Program Zones. Have you any idea how I can get to the program zones. I have done a factory reset, ie:- disconnected the power, etc but to no avail. Have I pressed something I shouldn't have? I have had …

Hallo, As a potential customer(self employed) from Germany I`m interested in one of your intruder kits Visonic Powermax+. I would like to know if for the time beeing offered kits are working in the 868 Mhz frequency band and have phone (dig/analog ?) interface. Also if 1 (one) piece of a 868 Mhz Powermax+ kit can be delivered to Germany (paying by PayPal). They are respectevely specified with a weight of 0,2 or 6 Kg; how much would cost dispatching+delivery to Germany for each.

I have just purchased a Secware Optima 2 x PIR Full Kit, ADE Honeywell 8SP419A-UK control panel kit from this site, what do I need to do to program it to use one PRI sensor as it's going in a garage, PRI is on zone 2, with say a 10 second entry and exit time.

I purchased the above from you as a replacement for one in which some of the pressure pads are not working. When installed, will the new unit retain my original 4 digit code?

currently have a Scantronic 9452 alarm system that is going off at random times when not activated. When activated the alarm goes off and the tamper light is flashing even though the alarm has not been tampered with. Also the service and fault light flash intermittently.
