Powermax (Std) cannot find MCM-140+ Keypad

Hi all,

I have just purchased the MCM-140+ keypad for use with an standard Powermax Alarm. When the alarm is in Enroll Keyfob mode and I press the * for two seconds, the alarm does not recognise the keypad. I have just re-enrolled all other sensors and a keyfob without any problems.

 

Any ideas?
