Low costs wired alarm kit recommendation

Looking to fit a low cost wire alarm into a small 2 bed house. Need 2x door contacts, 2 PIR and 1 sounder.

 

Ideally I would prefer a seperate small keypad, as there is little room in the hall for the panel, and would like to add in 2 smoke detectors.

 

Price is key, could anyone recommend a panel or kit.
