Intruder Alarms

Please can you confirm wiring details for this system: the control is the Honeywell Galaxy Flex 20 and Honeywell IS215T PIR's are these compatible, how do i connect these as i have only wired alarms that have a separate tamper circuit connections do you have any wiring diagrams showing these PIR's wired singly to each zone ( 1 PIR per Zone)

I have a customer who is after adding a wireless keypad onto a Texacom Premier 24 (wired) system. I was under the impression that this was not possible without replacing the panel and all accessories (PIRs, Contacts etc) completely. Could you please advise me if there is a product whereby I can add a wireless keypad to this system

I have a Menvier TS690id system and am after another keypad and ID chips. The panel will accept the ID plus chips. Do you stock a keypad that will work with this panel and do you still have id biscuits in stock. Also will your proximity tag readers be compatible with the netled/netlcd keypads already fitted as an upgrade and any new keypad you can supply for the system, if not fitted into the keypad.

hi. this dialler has been on site for a few months. originally we had a pay as you go sim card in and all worked ok. for ease for the customer we have replaced this with a contract sim card. i have checked the sim in a phone and all working fine however the dialleer will not see the sim card. i have spoken to jgd. who have advised mE. still the unit will not see the new sim

I have a speech-box with my powermax pro. No problem. But I just want to hear the internal speech-box speaker. Not the control-panel speaker that I don't want to hear. How to have only the speech-box sound ?

Hello, I just received the LCD panel, but it seems not possible to change the language as described above. Is gives me only some software version information (See attached picture), not buttons work to change the language. Is there a other way to change the language or a different sequence that I have to follow?

In my house I got a security system called Gardtec and i think it is Risco / Gardtec Contour LED RKP (580 series) because mine does look like this one as it is show on this website. i would like to use this security system however i cant reset the program or set it. I been looking on the internet i belive i need the engineer code or master code to reset the program but i dont have this codes. Could you please help me where or how can i get this codes to reset it or how much is it cost for engineer to come to do it for me !? Can you tell me if I were to buy 2 or 3 different system PIR's would they all work in any alarm system. I have a system fitted that requires additional PIR units for more protection. I have had a home security police team look over my house. I would be grateful for any advice on this matter.

I have some problems with my WL siren (MCS-730). I have enrolled it as siren 1. When I check signal strength (diagnostics) there is strong connection between the CPU and S1. The tamper alarm works, the tamper alarm is shown on the CPU and it is in state not ready until the siren is back to normal again. My system is a PowerMax+ UK 1.47. However the (external) siren does not react (no sound or strobe) when there is an alarm in the system. How could I fix this problem?

Hi, I installed risco cpx with novaguard 2 years ago, would anyone know what onboard battery (nimh I dthink)oes novaguard 6 comes with?is it 6v or 8.4 volts?my cpx panel is asking me this. The reason I am asking is because in logs I get Nov 1 chg(ma) Hi and Nov 1 on-chg Hi even though all the parameters are correct,not sure if this could be to do with me not setting the correct battery volts. the error in logs have been there since day 1 but last last I had a false alarm and in log it said " external bell tamper" and I want to just rule the volt setting out. Hi, I have the ADE honeywell accenta mini gen 4 with LCD keypad and as second pad I have the Simple Set Reader.Can I buy the ADE Infomaer speech dialler and use it on this hardware? I also want to buy a 16ohm internal speaker. Now I have set 2 programms, 1 for in the day when we are going (every PIR is on) and 1 for night use (all PIRs are on downstars but upstairs they are off). Now my Simple Set REader is upstairs, how can I program it that only program2 for night is on when I go with the FOB on the pad? Thanks
