We have recently moved in to a house fitted with a Scantronic 9448 alarm system. We believe we need to replace the PIR detectors to pet tolerant ones (as we have two house cats) and I wanted to check before I go ahead and purchase them that the 430 PIR will be compatible with the existing system?

Hi I am a newbie here, I had an older alarm panel and as the PIR's were rubbish I replaced all the PIR's with new Bosch ones, but the control panel tamper sensors have had it so now I need a new control panel. I would really like to fit a door contact or virbration sensor to the rear patio doors but it would be a real pain to get a cable to it. Are there any wireless panels that could accept wired and wireless sensors? I am happy with all the other sensors I have so I don't want to install a complete wireless system. Thanks for your help Chris

I am comparing the Galaxy Dimension with the G2-20 and G2-44 panels. Somewhat ironically, I cannot find the dimensions of the Dimension control panel box. Do you have this information (assume the GD-48 if other variants are larger)? And can the the inputs on all three panels (G2-20, G2-44 and GD-48) be expanded through adding a card into the main control panel box or is it necessary to fit another box? Thanks Tim

I Live in Belgium and I have a PowerMax Pro (868 Mhz) and I would like to purchase some of your modules. But I have some questions about it: 1) Are your products compatible with my PowerMax Pro (868Mhz)? 2) Does your prices including VAT? If not, have I to pay it (as I live outside UK) and how much? 3) The GSM-350 is it the new version? Because the new version of GSM-350 is compatible with the PowerMax Pro Panel. 4) Can you provide PowerLink2? If yes, for how much? 5) What about the XM10? Can you provide it with EU plug? Thank you in advance and Regards,

When the alarm is in Enroll Keyfob mode and I press the * for two seconds, the alarm does not recognise the keypad. I have just re-enrolled all other sensors and a keyfob without any problems. Any ideas? Many thanks, Paul

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me decide on a simple & effective alarm system. What I need is listed below. 1) 1 door contact 2) Minimum 2 PIR's (wired or not) 3) Key fob to de/activate alarm 4) Some sort of notification on activation (email, text/call) 5) camera that can record images/video when there is motion and the ability to send the images to a phone AND be viewable over the internet Ideally, I'd like the system to be controllable remotely and have as little wiring as possible. I have made allowance for 2 cat5 cables to the 2 known Camera/PIR locations. (Depending on the cost, I might also include a door peephole camera - again, I'…
