  1. How do I change the bell time on a honywell ADE gen4 alarm panel, as Page 25 of the engineer's guide is next to useless, do i need to be in engineer mode? I would like to set the time to about five minutes.
  2. so can i use 6 core, with a ADE Activ8 standard PIR Complete With Pet Immunity Facility sensors ?
  3. I recently bought a "ADE Optima Compact 8 zone control panel with onboard keypad" Secware Optima 2 x PIR Full Kit from you. I would like to fit two ADE Activ8 standard PIR Complete With Pet Immunity Facility sensors, do I need 8 core wire, as with the kit came 6 core Thank you
  4. I got it working now, the manual is not the easiest to follow, it is quite confusing in places , and not much support on this forum :-\
  5. Ok this is where I am a little bit closer, I have followed page 35 of the manual, it now seems to work where it counts down to arming, but the only problem is now as soon as the PRI is triggered the alarm sounds, how do I set it to give me a 10 second countdown after the PRI is triggered, to give me enough time to disable it
  6. The alarm was set up by a friend, and worked ok, but I had to do a factory reset, as I had problems after changing the default user code, the bel and PIR are wired correctly, because as I said I had it working, but after the reset, if I type in default code ***3 all lights from 1- 8 come on and the alarm sounds a rapid beeping sound like an error, I think I need to program the zones like he did, but he's gone away on holidays today so I can't get hold of him for two weeks,
  7. I have just purchased a Secware Optima 2 x PIR Full Kit, ADE Honeywell 8SP419A-UK control panel kit from this site, what do I need to do to program it to use one PRI sensor as it's going in a garage, PRI is on zone 2, with say a 10 second entry and exit time.
