All prices are on the web site and delivery times do vary, most orders are shipped within 72 hours, but some orders take longer, it depends where we have the stock and the number of orders being processed, at the time
Hope that helps.
The cheapest need not necessarily do the job, the unit should be bought on the amount of traffic it will take. Cheaper units will only be applicable for low traffic
Engineer codes are kept by the installer, and are not usually given out, if you check the manual, if you have it, you may be able to default the settings.
Fire regulations are very strict, but if you are connecting a smoke detector to an Intruder alarm control panel you could use the same 6 core cable, you have used on the Intruder Alarm.
If you are fitting it as a Fire alarm you will need to follow the regs and fit fire cable. Hope this helps, but perhaps some of our forum members will also comment
The Mic should be run via an independent mic cable as it is sending analogue audio, not data. Also to run on Cat 5 there must be a data receiver at the amplifier end.
Hope this helps you sort it out
the size of the battery depends on what current the system will be drawing, but you could always just get the biggest that will fit in the chosen panel
Hi
You will need a back up battery, and all of the alarm equipment will work together, but I would suggest something like the M12 as a smoke detector for an intruder alarm.
PSD 1 is designed to provide early warning of a fire sitiation by reacting to smoke concentration and is a 12v detector, the PSD2 is part of the new range of detectors with smooth aesthetics, also work in the 12 v range also a smoke detector.
I am not aware that esp still produce PSD 1.
