  1. The KP 160 now has both fob and code on it, the old KP 160 was fob use only, it has been code as well for the last couple of months in the UK. There is not a firmware update, to use code a new KP 160 would be required.
  2. I seem to have seen this before on a previous post, confirmation of the order is sent automatically once the order has been sent through the automated system. Then once the order has been picked and packed a despatch email is automatically generated.
  3. Sorry we do not monitor the email as the web site says, it is for the receipt of art work for bell boxes. What is your order number and we can look into it for you
  4. The Siemens panel is hold off negative.
  5. can you advise is Siemens a + hold off, and would this go directly to the BELL terminal??
  6. Hi MagnusS, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, however we have in the past there has been fraudulent use of credit cards via the paypal system. So we had to put strict procedures in place to ensure we were sending goods to the actual owner of the card or payment method, to protect genuine customers. We do advise on the web site that we ship to Paypal verified accounts. You do not give an order number but I have managed to find your order and see that your ticket to cancel the order was acted upon on the 13th August and that accounts have also refunded the charges, and your order has been cancelled. Again sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you
  7. Ticket Question Hi, I have an old pyronix panel and paragon keypad on a wired system, I would like to replace it with a wired telecom panel and a nice looking keypad, would the bell box and PIRs and door/window contacts need changing? Or could you advise what panel and keypad would be suitable to change without changing all PIRs bell box and contacts? Or do you have a nice looking keypad that is comparable with the pyronix panel Many thanks Danny

  11. TICKET QUESTION I have been installing Visonic Powermax systems for a while now and now have a customer requesting a PIR with built in camera. I understand the Powermaster 30 is the only solution? This uses the Next Cam PG2 for which I can't find a price. Also I need to know if images only go to central monitoring station?

One of the combined door and vibration switches has failed, please can you tell me what sensors are compatible as it is not possible to easliy determin this from teh descriptions. 13. I recently purchased from you a Siemens SPC530.320 alarm panel and Invincibell Plus amongst other compnents My question relates to connecting wiring the Invincibell to the SPC530 panel. In the Invincibell wiring diagram it shows the Bell terminal of the alarm box connected to the bell terminal of teh alarm panel. However on a Siemens SPC530 there is no terminal marked bell so I would like to confirm where the bell terminal of the invincibell should connect to on the Siemens SPC530 SPC ---------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Com------- NO--------- BHO------ TR------ EX------ EX+------ I also plan to have two Invincibell's connected in the citcuit (front/rear) An example if you have one would be very much apprecaited Regards Gary

    Gd04

Hi We have a customer who has a GD06 gsm dialler. He now wants another one but it seems they are now obsolete. Will the GD04 do the same job.? He only uses a single input to trigger an sms alarm message. Is the programming the same. Thanks in advance for your reply Regards Mark
  15. Hello I'm rewiring my house and as my floorboards are up and walls chased I have decided to install a burglar alarm. I'm going to go with the Castle Care Tech Euro 46. I have a few questions, should I use 6 or 8 core wire? I'm pretty sure everything wires back to the Control Panel. Finally does the control panel come with a keypad because I would like the flush satin chrome one. Or does it come as a second input device therefore I will have 2 keypads on the system I hope you are able to help with my questions Regards Jasdeep
  16. Hi I have a powermax 10 with a GSM link we bought right before Christmas. Up until a couple of months ago, it cannot receive SMS commands any more. At first I thought it was something with teh phone operator, and I have been in contact with them. But now I think it might have to do with the GSM module. I'm not sure. The strange thing is that it will send SMS messages, because I receive status reports and auto test messages and such. And if I arm it manually on the display, I will get an SMS. However if I reply to it and say STATUS and my code, I never get any replies and nothing happens. Please advise. What can I do to trouble shoot it?
  17. Your installer will be able to advise, or you should check your user manual
  18. Hi I am looking for a few black network CCTV for use with zoneminder. I have a server in my loft that will be capable of running zoneminder and I want to add some IP cctv cameras to it. There will be used outside and attached below the guttering and that has access back to the loft. Thanks Neil
  19. We have checked with a number of our suppliers and regretfully can not source a SAB unit currently, seems no one we have contacted is making them any more.
  20. No the HLR is not to be used as a SAB module, but when I search our site for a unit I do not find one, we will look into it and come back to you .
  21. VAT can be claimed back, but to set a VAT free account we would need to check out the VAT number, through HMRC. For us to do that you would need to raise a ticket advising of your VAT number and confirming your Company name and address, we would contact HMRC and when checked, could then set the account as VAT free.
  22. Hi Matteustace We do answer the phone, so you can call, you may be in a queue, depending on volume of calls. Tickets really is the best way to contact us, as every department within the company can see the audit trail that way, and your ticket will be responded to. The web site advises that our orders usually ship with in 1 - 3 days, although some do ship later, depends on where we are holding the product. As you ordered on Monday, and you say that as your order has not yet shipped, then it should ship tomorrow, you will get an automated message to advise you of the delivery date and roughly what time the delivery driver will be with you. Wihout an order number I can not look into your actual order, how ever I am sure it will be with you shortly or we would advise of any problems.
  23. Can we have your order number please so we can check which panel you have fitted
  24. Our web hosting supplier has not found any problems, so we are at a loss to explain this exception
  25. Hi, are you using a proxy server, can you try another browser,as the problem does not seem to be universal, other orders are coming through. I will report it to our web hosting support
