Perhaps some one with technical knowledge will answer your other questions, but control panels do NOT come with back up batteries as the draw from the system has to be calculated and the battery size will depend on this, and stock is usually given for each item, although sometimes the actual stock levels different with the computer, but this is rare, but sometimes happens with the large amount of stocks we hold
