Hi Dave I have dealt with this with a PM Anne
-
Hi Looking at your order, I would not think it has anything to do with you entering Warks. as your County, Paypal are telling us that This Payer is verified but the address is unconfirmed. As we actively try to prevent fraud, (which we are aware regretfully costs us sales,) as sometimes we catch genuine customers as well, we only ship to UK customers who are verified and confirmed with Paypal. So when someone continues with an order using an unconfirmed address we stall the order and request these customers advise what they want to do next. Do you want your order cancelled and refunded, or will you verify your address with Paypal and we will ship the order. With many people using on line shopping, there is a great deal of fraud, this system, which we state on our web site, does prevent us shipping goods to fraudsters and protects card holders who have been targeted by fraudsters and have not ordered any goods, from having their cards used, at this site anyway, by fraudsters who have the goods delivered direct to themselves. We regret the inconvenience this causes all of our genuine customers, including yourself Anne

Hi Kaibil Your order is showing that it is being picked, but as you can probably imagine, with the bank holiday last weekend we do have a good deal of orders to process, and priority can not be given to one order and not another, so hopefully yours will be ready soon for dispatch, and you will receive the automated email that is sent out each time we have an order ready for our courier company to deliver. Hope all goes well with your install, but remember we do not promise next day delivery, we say that we try to process all orders within 72 hours. Anne

Today we have found that with the difficulties (planned work over running) that BT have experienced with their internet, that a number of customers have had difficulty with our Payment gateway. We apologise for this, but it was totally out of our control. We understand that this over running work, has now been completed, so we believe the payment gateway is now back to normal. We apologise for the disruption Accounts Team

Hi Mark We have received from Paypal Payer status verified, Address status unconfirmed. We do state on the web site that addresses must be verified, and as I look at your order Paypal have reported that the address is unconfirmed. We are not disputing that the payment has not been made, by yourself, and the funds released, but when a paypal address is unconfirmed, we do not know that it is a genuine account holder, and we can only go on the information that Paypal release to us. Our support department will follow this up on Monday, and I am sorry that we have not as yet replied to you ticket Regards Anne, Accounts team

Hi Can you supply your order number please. Anne -
It is notified to you via your web order page. You will see it there, and the little green tick, shows that you were notified to the address that you entered. If you didn't get the notification, please check the email address that was entered when you placed the order. It is automatic we just fill in the comments, and check for notify or not to notify. I don't receive these notifications so don't know how they arrive, but as other customers contact the on line support when an order is stalled, they must be going out. Hopefully your order is sorted now Regards

Hi It is our fraud team that stall orders. Regretfully this is because we do always have to be on the look out for fraudulent use of cards. Looking at this order there are two of the details entered that our fraud checking have highlighted as not matching. The funds are taken from the card (or in other instances the paypal account) and we were not saying that funds had not been received, but we are just not sure that the person who the funds belong to is actually placing the order, so we investigate further. Our records show, and show on your order details that we sent you notification of the order being stalled at 14.31 yesterday, and asked you to contact us using our on line support. We are sorry that you a genuine customer got caught up in our efforts to identify and prevent fraudulent use, but we all know that internet fraud is rife at the moment and we must all continue to try to prevent fraudsters getting away with it. After contact with yourself, and as you know your order has been passed for processing, and your goods should be with you shortly Regards Accounts Team

ADE Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 with LCD Keypad
accounts3 replied to derry's topic in Intruder Alarms
Our web site says that 'we endeavour to deliver in 72 hours' but in many instances is it well before this time. Larger orders may take longer as stock comes from 3 or 4 warehouse sites, before it is collected together, packaged and despatched . As a member of the accounts team, I can not help with battery size, but other forum members will, I do know that the size depends on what current draw your system will require, and panels have a maximum physical size they can take. Regards Anne. -
