[Ticket Question] Problem with 3D Quad, can you advise?
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in Intruder Alarms
Sorry that you got a different reply for Texecom than we did, bt as I sai Txeo poduts are rarely returned wth Fault, so three out of four was very suspect, ad wrongly we presumed that you were not an installer, if you raise a ticket for our returns dept, they will quickly raise an RMaand get these products swopped. Then presumably te replacemets will work -

[Ticket Question] Problem with 3D Quad, can you advise?
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in Intruder Alarms
Texecom advise that it is unlikely to be a faulty product, they suggest you bench test them, put 12 v power it each detector to see if it powers up, then put 12v to the alarm tampers, to see if they open and close, if this is OK, then it is not the detector Hope this helps -
We do not believe that the Ganz system can do this. Sorry, you could look at the IP range or a milestone platform with analytics range. Sorry that's about all teh help with can give with this one

[Ticket Question] Information on the DM 32 Channel DVR
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in CCTV
Warrenty is 12 months -
The ESP range might be worth a look at, as you say, but see if our cctv-kit85 could do the job, 4 cameras and at the moment is on offer at 299.00 + vat
-
The ESP kit comes with 15 metres of dual function cable, (more can be purchased if required) so the cameras get their supply from the DVR, no crimping tool required

[Ticket Question] Help with a replacement DVR
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in CCTV
Regretfully we have no knowledge of the Visix ELR 4, the everfocus is a good DVR, you could also look at the ECO 4 which is selling very well at the moment. These goods have come down in price over the years, as the market gets ever more competitive -

[Ticket Question] Problem with 3D Quad, can you advise?
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in Intruder Alarms
We get very few if any of the 3D quads returned, so I would be very surprised if it was poor quality control. You say you have had the system working with the Petwise for 11 months, are you now adding the 3D Quads?? Are they wired into separate zones. We feel as I said before that it is not a quality problem, so will investigate further and come back to you, we feel it is likely to be something that is being done incorrecyly on install. Anne -

[Ticket Question] Powermax + & hard-wired PIRs help please
accounts3 replied to securitywarehouse's topic in Intruder Alarms
I understand that the hard wired zones are for external bells, and you can choose which bell you like the look of and fit that, with a dummy to suit. I am not aware that Visonic supply brown contacts, but will check it out and get back to you if they do. All our prices are shown on the web site, so when you have choosen what you need, your basket will display the costs. Other installers may be able to put their opinions on this question, and you may then get a number of opinions for you to choose from -
