  1. Usually we do refunds en bloc, not on a daily basis. I am sorry for the delay, however I have checked your order and see that we submitted a refund request to your card issuer today at 6.50. Your order is showing fully refunded. Again our apologies. .
  2. I am sure that we have this in hand, and we will chase Visonic for a reply. The suggestion that you might want to contact Visonic is because they have a trade techinical help line, which sorts out most problems and elivates the need for a product return. Of course as we pass your comments to Visonic if they confirm it is a faulty part, our returns department will be in touch and arrange a repalcement or a refund as you require.
  3. The Powermaster does not have prox on board, you would need to purchase a KP141 or KP160.
  4. I have contacted our sales team who tell me they have been in contact with you via email
  5. I would suggest that we do not accept payments from your region, as we do not ship to you, we can look into the costs of doing this, and could maybe add your country.
  6. This would need to be repaired
  7. We do not sell open source DVR's Be cautious with your camera spec. as facial recognition needs good planning
  8. You need a standalone wireless receiver and wireless door contact, however the door contact will not be waterproof, so you will need to waterproof it
  9. After many months of the forum being unaccesable by our community, we are pleased to advise that IT have identified the problems and the forum is back. We will be pleased to see the community active again. Seems the spammers are back first, hopefully the security community will be back as well soon. I see the spammers like to post in this topic, but the whole forum is regularly checked and spamming is mainly maintained by good software. Nice to see the security questions and answers have now recommenced
  10. The mask alarm does not arise from the unit detecting anything, but because it has not 'seen' anything and therefore believes it has been masked. The sensor is fine
  11. The resisitor in each one is different, so you will need to reprogramme or use a new number 20, as above
  12. The battery change is quite simple, open the CP cover, enter code to stop the tamper signal, fit battery same size as exisitng, ensuring the red and balck connections are correctly fitted. Close cover, and test system
  13. When the alarm activates when not set it is often a tamper problem, have you checked the tamper circuits?? What makes you assume that it is a mains problem?/ I await your reply
  14. The download seems to work better if ordered on its own.
  15. I believe that it will have to be a 6 digit number, sorry
  16. As the mains was off for 14 hours I would suggest that a cell in the battery may have been have been damaged, and the battery can not recharge. I would remove the battery and replace it, unless trying to recharge a damaged battery has affected the panel, eveything should be OK
  17. The new web site has launched, we believe it has cured all the previous problems, and should be easier to use.
  18. Choosing an alarm is a matter of personal choice. Personally I would go for a hard wired system, not radio, but there are a lot of radio fans out there. Radio is quicker to fit. On this forum there is a topic titled Intruder Alarm consideration that one of our techinal bods posted which may give you some guide lines
  19. You are right, there are no sounders with these detectors, the sound comes from the panel or the SAB, unless you add sounders to your system. Sounders with detectors can be found in the Fire range, but you will need to choose a fire panel to install as the voltages are different
  20. Our new web site is almost ready to launch and we are assured that theses issues will be addressed. Please bear with us
  21. The problem of logging on and dropped carts should be addressed over this week end. We hope that all the web site problems that have been experienced lately will be solved with this
  22. These are suitable for the ID systems as listed
  23. Have a look at the Honeywell range, easy to install, and cost effective
  24. They should only be removed when you are putting your cable connections in
  25. We are addressing this problem and our technical staff we have a 'fix' very shortly
