  1. Please see the attached diagram Note this doesnt have a clean switched output on it so you will need an ac relay to give you clean swicthes for your operator.
  2. Yes you need to use the ticket system to get an rma number. Thats so we can and you can track it through to completion.
  3. If you want to use an appollo or similar detector ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=38_39&products_id=217 these are designed for conventional fire alarm panels. However you can use a 12v base with these and other series 65 heads ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_40&products_id=2076 But id normally use a menvier m12 ie http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=638
  4. Alex Id agree. It should defeintly not work like that. I will authorise the rma
  5. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2211 Product now in stock.
  6. RISCO Group have a product update A new firmware update has been introduced to the Wisdom wireless control panel. The new version of the Wisdom firmware is V4.31, updated from V4.27 Why have we upgraded the WisDom panel The following fixes/updates have been modified to bring you an improved panel. Technical The panel has a new menu to show the connected BUS AGM IMEI number (Used for IP Receiver) The Blank Display has been updated in that you now only need to enter your code once. The
  7. Hi You can build a kit up yourself from the components required or buy a complete kit. There isnt a pre built kit with that panel but you can order all the bits required. The system will calculate the shipping costs dependant upon delivery address, type etc during the checkout process as a simple guide we use flat rate shipping at security warehouse to keep things simple, so it would be
  8. The optima is now only available in the 'compact' enclosure. While the panel is caperble of a much larger battery the case will only accomodate a 2.1-2.4 A/h battery eg. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1339 its a physical size restriction and any suitable battery with these dimensions will be fine. James
  9. Micheal This product is now a stock item http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2193 There is a limit yes. With the G2 20 that is 20 wireless zones, and 44 on the G2-44. This assumes you dont use any of the wired zones. ie if you use 10 wired zones that would lower the available wireless zones by 10. The dimension can support more as they are bigger panels. Again it depends on the version of the Dimension you have. The G2 can indeed support 2 Rf portals. The dimension can support more. regarding range. How long is a peice of string? In theory then yes a 2km free space range should be fine at well over 100m internally. But all this depends on building material, site conditions etc. The only way to be 100% with wireless is to do a site survey. 99% of installs will be fine and no site survey would be needed. But there are always some sites where wireless is unsuitable. The main advantage with the portal idea is that you can position your 2/3/4 recievers in the areas required to cover the site. Most of the time you will only need 1 portal. The advantage of this system means IF you have a range issue then you can add additional recievers. As above the new portal is now a stock item Programming through the keypad is very simple. All the galaxy panels can be 'downloaded' to either via their in built modems, or via 232. The problem is the software as this is currently only available to registered honeywell installers. There are various un dongled versions floating around the internet you may be able to find one, but im afraid we are not permitted to sell it to unregistered installers. James
  10. This product is now a stock item http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2193 James
  11. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1723 like that?
  12. Yes we are awaiting stock. I will ask sales to update the site to show its coming.
  13. As a side note. When ordering free manuals with other non downloadable items the system does not permit the downloads automatically. However if you only select free manuals the system automatically authorises the downloads. We know this is a small irritation and/or limitation but as yet we cant alter it. James
  14. Rob I have re-enabled the downloads. If you have any difficulty i will email the files. James
  15. http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2192 Please see above link for product details
  16. Id recommend a menvier m12 http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=638
  17. You will need to unit in thest mode to test this. It should work fine. How are you testing the detector, and what is the application (ie protected area)
  18. No im afraid not. The simpleset use a coil, there is no voltage input/output from it.
  19. Yes You just need a stand alone reciever to match the sensor in use eg http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&manufacturers_id=68&products_id=2126 single channel reciever and pir to suit http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&manufacturers_id=68&products_id=1697
  20. Id have a look at the act equipment. The pro equipment will handlt upto 30,000 so 200 will be no problem. ALso the act smart will handle this. (their mid range product)
  21. its usually a wiring issue or cable fault. I would advise removing all wiring and the keypad from the wall and connect using a short known and tested cable. if you have followed the correct power up etc it should be fine. let us know how that goes.
  22. if you currently have the black slate type with the max number stamped on them then yes. if the fobs have no numbers then no. you will also need a new master fob and 2 additional fobs for add / delete masters
