[Ticket Question] Help with the Aritech 4 zone analyser PLEASE

I purchased a Aritech 4 zone analyser from your company to find it does not

work correctly i.e you can bang on the window HARD around 20 times and the

analyser will only just trigger and that is on max sensitivity.

2nd i never

got instructions with the unit just wiring diagram and also your advert on

your website tells you so many things that this unit will do but clearly it

wont like pulse count adjustment and LED indicator.

The only unit which

does all this is the single channel GS615 which i have used for 15 years.

Can you please tell me where we are to go from here as i need a

working system and you seem to be the only people who sell 4 zone.

Could

some one please contact me by telephone please to try resolve this issue.
