    Hi! I have bought a PowerMax Complete, but I cant get the GSM-module to work. It wont call or sent an SMS when the alarm is activated. In menu 4.5 "Difine comm" diffined tha area code, "1st private tel" and "1st sms tel" I dont have the menu 4.6 "Define GSM" - can anyone tell what to do? I have tried powering down, taking out the GSM module, powering up, powering down again inserting the GSM module again and powering up. But it still wont work. I have tried with 2 different sim-cards fro 2 different companys, but it still wont sent anything If I push the button "OK" 2 times it says "RSSI GOOD" or "RSSI STRONG"

  10. What do I do as I have received a faulty opal xl sensor my order no is 24512. I have just tried to install this sensor to an existing circuit of an emerald mk3 and 2 other opal xl sensors i installed about two month ago. I connected this sensor up to the side of the house and in the day it buzz as it should when selected, however at dusk or night it should turn the lights on. This sensor doesnt. It just buzzes day and night. Just to check the wireing I swapped this sensor with one of the existing ones and the fault went with this new sensor, so I know its faulty. Thanks Steve

    I have inherited an alarm system in my house. One of the detectors is now regularly giving false alarms, and I have searched to see if spiders are the cause but have not found any. So I assume that I need to replace the detector which is a Pyronix Enforcer super 15m range PIR. I understand that these are no longer produced, so can you please recommend a suitable replacement that will be a simple swap over. It has 4 wires going to it, I believe that 1 pair is for tamper detection, and one for the alarm signal. Many Thanks Jon

    Placed an order #24054 Nov 2 which was stalled due to unverified PayPal account. Had my account verified Nov 5 and informed Security Warehouse in Support ticket #429835 and you said you will just check before shipment. Now this order is still in stalled status after 2 weeks and after 2 ticket reminders! The order is paid and I need the stuff! I expect an explanation to this severe delay and information about when you will ship! /akec

    I used the Honeywell Activ8 PIR in an installation in a house where they have a cat. I have set the tolerance to 15kg and pulse to medium (jumper link between 2 and 3) There have been a few false alarms in different rooms and none of the sensors face a window or stairs, there are chairs and sofas though. I have changed the sensors to the highest tolerance yesterday - 25kg and fitted the jumper link between 3 and 4. Which I wouldn't think is necessary for a cat. Is there anything i may have missed that caused that problem? I don't know yet whether the change I made is good yet as i've only done it yesterday.     I am currently turning my garage in to a bar/pool/cinema room. installing a have fair amount of electrical aquipment and want to do my best to keep it in my possesion. I don't really need something with bells and whistles. the garage is set at about 30metres down my garden and has one pretty secure window, a solid wooden door and a large garage door. i suppose all i need is motion sensor with a very loud alarm which i am thinking about installing inside the room. so that it is unberable to stay in there for any amount of time. or maybe one in and out. Was thinking about the Master Blaster siren!! what kit would i need to go with this? many thanks! Hywel

    hi, recieved my Order today while applying power to the panel and connected the battery smoke started to come out the panel.. so i switched it off and contacted an alarm installer and told me the panel is faulty! while doing this the fuse for the battery burnt out! the battery is fine and just need the panel and keypad changed! thanks! the order number is #19740

    Today we have found that with the difficulties (planned work over running) that BT have experienced with their internet, that a number of customers have had difficulty with our Payment gateway. We apologise for this, but it was totally out of our control. We understand that this over running work, has now been completed, so we believe the payment gateway is now back to normal.   22. Good Day! I have purchased the wintex software and I got the download link to get it. However whenever I tried the download the file I get is corrupted. I used Windows XP, Linux, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome - tried unzipping, repairing the archive and all. Kindly fix this issue as it seems that the archive you have on your server is broken. I would need to use the software today, and I have also problems getting a response from the tech support ticketing system. Thank you! Lorand Marton

    I have an alarm system and all i can verify is that the keypad is eurosec , I have had it a while and the buttons have gone funny . I have just ordered a risco gardtec eurosec keypad and also a honeywell intellisense pir IS215TCE. is it compatible with my older wired system ? I phoned security warehouse but the man just kept talking about what numbers i should press . thanks for any help.
