Cancelled an order with yourselves on 2nd December and asked for a refund. 

 

Support ticket #192764 created on 3rd December, but no reply.

 

Support ticket updated order as cancelled on 5th December. Still no reply, and no refund.

 

Five working days passsed; no reply, no money.

 

I have not received any goods.

 

 

I would like an explanation as to how long I am expected to wait before you return my money, and why no one has informed me of this in the interim.

 

Usually we do refunds en bloc, not on a daily basis. I am sorry for the delay, however I have checked your order and see that we submitted a refund request to your card issuer today at 6.50.

 

Your order is showing fully refunded.  Again our apologies. .
